Cabernet Merlot 2009

Chardonnay 2009

A beautiful expression of Chardonnay, this wine was barrel fermented and aged in both French and American oak. We allowed the wine to go through 70% malolactic fermentation, to maintain the acidity and gain some creaminess on the finish. Notes of soft apple mingle with flavours of ripe melon, pear and peach, framed together with tones of vanilla, caramel, coconut and hazelnut. Enjoy now and over the next two years. Wonderful with seafood, cheeses or on its own.

Sauvignon Blanc 2008

Festive tropical fruit, peach, melon and floral aromas greet your first impression. This is then followed by ripe passion fruit, refreshing grapefruit, apple and melon on the palate with a crisp and savoury finish. Viognier 2010

This wine was fermented and aged in barrel for 5 months in French and American oak, which exhibits intense aromas of white peach and tropical fruit with an array of different spices and a hint of coconut and vanilla. Mistura Branca 2009

This blend of 44% Sauv Blanc, 20% Pinot Gris, 30% Gewurztraminer, and 6% Chardonnay, has a vibrant perfume and floral roasted petal aroma that is enriched with citrus, apple, tropical and vanilla flavours. The silky mouth feel generates a smooth refreshing finish. Enjoy with cheeses and seafood or on its own over the next 2-3 years.

Vinho Du Sól 2008
