Tasting notes:

A beautiful expression of Chardonnay, this wine was barrel fermented and aged in both French and American oak. We allowed the wine to go through 68% malolactic fermentation, to maintain the acidity and gain creaminess on the finish. Notes of soft apple mingle with flavours of ripe melon, pear and peach, framed by tones of vanilla, caramel, coconut and hazelnut. Enjoy now and over the next two years. Wonderful with seafood, cheeses or on its own.
